Mobil-homes - chalets - chalets comfort :

- Please send a 25 % deposit cheque with your rental agreement, non refundable and deducted from your bill, more one cheque of 12 € for expenses of file for the period of July and August.
- The balance is exigible 30 days before arrival date.
- Arrivals and departures are from Saturday 4 p.m to
Saturday 10 a.m.
- An property inventory is done at the keys' delivery.
- A 200 € deposit is required from the beginning of the stay for lodging (including the 20 € deposit for magnetic card allowing the access to the campsite) which will be returned in the 5 days following your departure, with possible deduction of the the cost of any damage or breakage (and the return of the magnetic card). In case of dirtiness, the sum of 70 € will be retained on the deposit paid at the beginning of the stay for the domestic expenses. The deposit does not constitute a limit for responsibility, the tenant has to have a public liability insurance.
- The price of the hiring includes: water, gas, electricity (*), kitchen ustensils, crockery, set of garden furniture, blankets, pillows. Cloths and pillowcases are not provided.
- The animals are accepted only in the country cottages "Gitotel" and the mobil-homes, with an updated health record. A supplement of 2,50 € a day will be invoiced by animal. To in no case there cannot remain alone in the locative.

Conditions of cancellation :
· If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, 80 € will be deducted to the deposit.
· If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the totality of the stay will be deducted.
All the visitors have to appear at the reception and release the royalty.


(*)The electricity is not included for the period between September 20 and April 06.

Campsite place :

- For all reservations please send a 50 € cheque with your rental agreement. It is not refundable and will be deducted from your rent.
- The payment of the balance will take place in the daytime of the arrival, deduction made by the deposit.
- The day camping gets from noon to noon.
Conditions of cancellation :
- If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the customer will be paid off his deposit.
- If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the totality of the deposit will be retained.
A place remains reserved according to the deposit paid after the envisaged arrival date. At the end of this period, if the customer does not appear, the place will be rented out.

All tenants or campers are required to observe the rules as displayed at the reception.
Animals must be kept on leash and have to be declared on arrival with an updated health record; vaccinations are compulsory. To in no case there cannot remain alone in the locative.
